This role provides technical leadership and oversight to ensure secure, scalable, and user-centric deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Apple devices across the enterprise.\nThe position partners closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and end-user computing teams to deliver a high-performance, compliant, and frictionless user experience while aligning with enterprise standards and modernization initiatives.\nPlatform Ownership\nLead design, implementation, and optimization of JAMF Pro for device management at scale\nLead end-to-end management of Apple enterprise platforms including Apple Business Manager (ABM), MDM (Intune), and Apple service integrations\nOversee automation, scripting (Bash/Python), and zero-touch deployment (DEP/ABM) strategies\nManage application packaging, deployment, and updates via JAMF and enterprise app catalog\nLead vendor management and roadmap alignment with Apple and JAMF\nDevice Lifecycle and Deployment\nDrive Apple device lifecycle management (procurement, provisioning, compliance, patching, retirement)\nDrive zero-touch deployment, provisioning, and configuration standards for Apple devices across the enterprise\nSecurity and Compliance\nEstablish and enforce security baselines, policies, and compliance controls for macOS/iOS\nEnsure integration with identity providers (e.g., Entra/Okta) and conditional access strategies\nPartner with cybersecurity to integrate endpoint protection, conditional access, and compliance frameworks\nOperational Excellence\nLead and mentor engineers and admins supporting Apple platforms\nProvide Tier 3 escalation support for complex Apple endpoint and JAMF-related issues\nCollaborate with VDI, identity (Azure AD/Entra), and MDM/UEM teams for cross-platform alignment\nDefine SLAs, performance KPIs, and support models for Apple platforms\nDrive continuous improvement in device performance, reliability, and end-user experience\nDevelop metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives for endpoint performance and user experience\n What makes You an ideal candidate?\nSkills and Knowledge\nExperience in endpoint management, with strong focus on Apple platforms\nExperience with JAMF Pro administration and architecture\nExpertise in macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and device enrollment programs\nExperience with identity integration (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta SSO, conditional access)\nStrong scripting/automation skills (Bash preferred)\nKnowledge of security frameworks and endpoint compliance standards\nProven leadership experience guiding technical teams and driving enterprise initiatives\nStrategic thinking with hands-on technical depth\nStrong problem-solving and incident leadership (especially endpoint performance and user experience)\nEffective cross-functional collaboration across infrastructure and security teams\nExperience & Education\n5-7 years experience in Information Technology Pref\n5-7 years experience with macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager\n5-7 years experience managing desktop applications Pref\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent Required\nAssociate Degree\nBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience Preferred\nWhat We Offer: Generous benefits package available on day one to include: 401K matching, bonding leave for new parents (12 weeks, 100% paid), tuition assistance, training, GM employee auto discount, community service pay and nine company holidays.\nOur Culture: Our team members define and shape our culture - an environment that welcomes innovative ideas, fosters integrity, and creates a sense of community and belonging.
