The SA is able to architect end to end solutions by understanding and translating customer needs into technical solutions. The SA will play a key role in the design of the Azure architecture for mobile and web applications.\nIn this role you will:\nDefine the technical and architectural vision for the solution under development by technical trade-offs and analysis of alternatives\nContinuously evolve solution architecture with input and feedback from application architects and software engineers\nOutline the primary components and interfaces of the solution, and their interactions.\nPlan and develop the architecture runway enablers through research, prototyping, and other activities needed to explore prospective solutions and evaluate alternatives\nWorks with Product Manager, Product Owner, Application Architect and Software engineering teams to elaborate product requirements into technical requirements which are used to develop stories that can be estimated accurately\nParticipates in Scrum of Scrums to understand and remove architectural impediments/blockers\nParticipates in Solution Demo and program planning and identifies opportunities for improvement\n Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, XP) and cross-functional teams\nAdvanced knowledge of multi-tier application architecture design, application development (full SDLC) and application integration\nAdvanced knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture concepts - SOAP, Web API, REST API and microservices\nAdvanced knowledge implementing solution architecture including one or more of the following domains: technology architecture, information architecture, data architecture, application architecture, security architecture, and integration architecture\nExperience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products preferred\nExperience with mobile application development preferred\nExperience in building cloud solutions architecture using Public Clouds (IaaS and PaaS) preferred\nExperience in containerization - Docker, Docker Swarm or Kubernetes preferredAbility to overcome steep learning curve within a short period of time on any subject and speak intelligently about the subject\nAbility to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability\nAbility to self-manage time and priorities in a complex multi-team agile environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables\nWorks through others to achieve more than individual contribution\nStrong communication skills - proficient in communicating technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences of varying skillset and levels of the organization\n Experience\n4-6 years of relevant experience Req\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent Required\nBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience Preferred\nAdditional Knowledge and Skills\nWorking effectively within an AI enabled environment: \nAbility to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work\nSkills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias\nExperience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights\nFamiliarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection\nExperience with AI assisted software development or automation\nKnowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality\nAwareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations\nWhat We Offer: Generous benefits package available on day one to include: 401K matching, bonding leave for new parents (12 weeks, 100% paid), tuition assistance, training, GM employee auto discount, community service pay and nine company holidays.\nOur Culture: Our team members define and shape our culture - an environment that welcomes innovative ideas, fosters integrity, and creates a sense of community and belonging.
