The SA architects end-to-end solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and related integration patterns. This role translates business, marketing, compliance, and customer experience needs into scalable, secure, and resilient technical solutions that enable personalized digital engagement and customer communications.\nIn this role you will:\nDefine the technical and architectural vision for Adobe marketing and customer engagement solutions, including evaluation of platform capabilities, integration options, and trade-offs\nContinuously evolve solution architecture with input and feedback from marketing technology teams, product owners, application architects, software engineers, cybersecurity, compliance, and business stakeholders\nOutline the primary components, interfaces, data flows, and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud, enterprise data platforms, APIs, event-driven services, and downstream communication channels\nPlan and develop architecture runway enablers through research, prototyping, and analysis of alternatives for Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, and related marketing technology capabilities\nWork with Product Managers, Product Owners, Application Architects, and Software Engineering teams to elaborate business and marketing requirements into technical requirements and implementation-ready stories\nSupport governance, security, privacy, consent, and compliance alignment for marketing communications, customer journey orchestration, personalization, and data activation use cases\nParticipate in solution demos, program planning, architecture reviews, and cross-functional working sessions to identify risks, dependencies, reusable patterns, and opportunities for improvement\nWhat makes an ideal candidate?\nAdvanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, product delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across business, marketing, technology, data, security, and compliance teams\nAdvanced knowledge of multi-tier application architecture, API integration, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns\nAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities preferred, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and related marketing technology tools\nExperience designing customer journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution, consent-aware engagement, and digital communication solutions preferred\nExperience with customer communication management platforms or enterprise correspondence solutions is a plus\nExperience integrating Adobe platforms with enterprise data sources, customer profile data, APIs, events, messaging platforms, and downstream servicing or communication systems preferred\nExperience in building cloud solution architecture using Public Clouds (IaaS and PaaS) preferred\nExperience in containerization, DevOps, CI/CD, release governance, and environment management preferred\nAbility to evaluate platform capabilities, vendor options, non-functional requirements, and architectural trade-offs to recommend fit-for-purpose solutions\nAbility to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability\nAbility to self-manage time and priorities in a complex multi-team agile environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables\nWorks through others to achieve more than individual contribution\nStrong communication skills - proficient in communicating technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences of varying skillset and levels of the organization\nAI Skills Preferred:\nExperience with AI assisted software development or automation\nKnowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality\nAwareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations \nWork Experience and Education\n4-6 years of relevant experience required\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\nBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred\nWhat We Offer: Generous benefits package available on day one to include: 401K matching, bonding leave for new parents (12 weeks, 100% paid), tuition assistance, training, GM employee auto discount, community service pay and nine company holidays.\nOur Culture: Our team members define and shape our culture - an environment that welcomes innovative ideas, fosters integrity, and creates a sense of community and belonging.
