About the role:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EBS technical solutions that meet business requirements, including system enhancements, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. In this role you will:
- Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements based on functional designs
- Provide technical specifications, unit test plans and installation plans for new systems or enhancements
- Perform problem analysis, coding, unit testing and debugging
- Coordinate with team members to work on solutions and perform design/code reviews
- Develop advanced solutions in Oracle Cloud and related technologies and tools
- Develop file and database structures, interfaces between internal and external systems
- Provide third-tier user support during installation and end user training
- Design forms, reports, data collection, processing and control procedures for assigned systems
- Maintain technical and functional awareness and competence
- Serve as contact to relationships outside of the Company as appropriate
- Liaison with external vendors like Oracle Managed Cloud Services, Coupa, etc.
- Evaluate and implement automation, AI, and process improvement opportunities within Oracle applications.
What makes You an ideal candidate?
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM Cloud primarily in the following Oracle Financials (GL, iExpense, AP, FA, Cash Management, Payments) and HCM modules
- Experience in development of all aspects of RICE objects
- Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and file-based interfaces
- Develop custom applications and user interfaces using Oracle APEX and VBCS.
- Experience developing reports in BI Publisher, OTBI, FDI, and operational reports.
- Support bulk data loading using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, software library control and editing products
- Knowledge of encryption and security protocols
- Ability to interpret and write technical publications/diagrams, and project specifications
- Good organizational and follow-up skills and ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and documentation pertaining to the operations of computer and software applications and equipment
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment

- Interpersonal skills to establish and nourish relationships with internal/external clients

Additional Knowledge and Skills
Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
Work Experience & Education
- 7-10 years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, testing, documenting and production support of Oracle e-Business applications Req
- 5-7 years XML, JSON, XSLT and Web Services Pref
- High School Diploma
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience Required
- Master’s Degree
