The position plays a vital role in maintaining conformity of supply, protecting manufacturing integrity, and supporting operational flow across manufacturing and assembly environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive incoming materials, components, and assemblies from external suppliers in accordance with internal receiving protocols.\nVerify documentation accuracy, including certificates of conformity, inspection reports, and shipping documentation.\nPerform basic inspection and quality checks to confirm that incoming goods meet required specifications and quality standards.\nEnter goods and documentation data accurately into the company’s inventory and quality tracking systems.\nCoordinate internal routing of received items to appropriate departments, work centers, or storage locations.\nCollaborate with Quality Engineers and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies, nonconformities, or missing documentation.\nMaintain organized receiving and quarantine areas, ensuring traceability and compliance at all times.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of receiving processes and documentation standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in goods receiving, inspection, or quality administration within a manufacturing environment.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, ideally within a high-performance or precision-engineering context.\nStrong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and organizational skills.\nProficient with ERP or inventory management systems.\nEffective communication and collaboration across technical and operational teams.\nForklift certification required; safe operation of material handling equipment is essential.\n\nReady to be part of a team that pushes boundaries both on and off the track?
