Will you join us?\nAs a Knowledge Product Manager with GMB you will:\nManage our internal and external knowledge tools and products; this includes our intranet, digital asset management tool, and our proprietary client data platform. You will help maintain these products by helping curate content and support teams in documenting new knowledge.\nEnsure that information flows across all our knowledge platforms. \nPartner with external vendors and GMB’s Innovation team on product development or support request needs. \nServe as project manager for coordinating product updates, development and ongoing improvements. \nConnect with external clients/users for feedback, support and communication. Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding and ongoing platform support.\nHelp new GMB teammates in their onboarding to our knowledge tools\nPartner with GMB’s Corporate Marketing team when external-facing products require positioning, promotion or communication; join new business development efforts to position our platform for those opportunities. \nWhat type of knowledge do I need to succeed in this role?\nMore than a specific degree and exact number of years of experience, we're most excited about what kind of knowledge you bring. For this role, we are seeking someone with advanced knowledge who uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways with the ability to guide and support more junior people performing related tasks.
