Apply today.The Role.\nGMC Utilities Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who is looking to develop their career within a busy and growing organisation.\nThe successful candidate will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring employees are paid correctly and all payroll-related records and requirements are maintained to a high standard.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess weekly and/or monthly payroll accurately and on time.\nMaintain accurate employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, changes to salary, hours and benefits.\nProcess statutory deductions, PAYE, PRSI and other payroll-related requirements.\nManage timesheets, attendance records, overtime and holiday information.\nRespond to employee queries relating to payroll and provide timely and professional support.\nEnsure payroll information is entered and maintained accurately within Sage.\nAssist with payroll reconciliations and reporting.\nMaintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.\nLiaise with internal departments to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.\nEnsure payroll processes are completed in line with company policies and relevant legislation.\nProvide general administrative support to the finance/payroll function as required.\nThe Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:\nMinimum 1 years’ experience in a Payroll Administration or similar role.\nPrevious experience processing payroll in a busy working environment.\nHands-on experience using Sage.\nGood understanding of payroll processes and Irish payroll requirements.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while also being a strong team player.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nBecome a part of something bigger.\nAt the heart of GMC is our people, from engineers through to customer service and we aim to work collaboratively towards our common goals.\nGMC is an equal opportunity employer, and we aim to recruit and retain like-minded people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of expertise.
