The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience working with CNC machine tools in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for a hands-on troubleshooter, not just a parts changer. The right candidate will be capable of diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, completing quality repairs, helping improve overall machine reliability and uptime and communicating with all responsible parties for this equipment. \nKey Responsibilities \nTroubleshoot and repair GROB, DMG MORI, and SLM equipment \nDiagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control issues \nHave experience with Atlas Copco Air Compressors.\nTroubleshoot servos, drives, motors, sensors, pumps, valves, and machine safety circuits \nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance \nDiagnose machine alarms and equipment failures \nRead electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings \nPerform root cause analysis on recurring equipment problems \nWork with OEM technical support when needed \nSupport machine installations, repairs, upgrades, and reliability improvements \nDocument repairs and maintenance activities and communicate effectively issues and remedies with management responsible for this equipment.\n\nRequired Qualifications \nExperience maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools or automated manufacturing equipment \nStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills \nKnowledge of CNC controls, PLCs, servo systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics \nAbility to use electrical diagnostic equipment and maintenance tools \nAbility to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns \nExperience with GROB, DMG MORI, SLM, and/or Siemens controls is highly preferred \nTechnical degree or industrial maintenance training is preferred \n\nWhy Join Us\nReady to be part of a team that pushes boundaries both on and off the track?
