This position serves as a key technical resource between business stakeholders, functional analysts, system administrators, and implementation partners, focusing on the design, development, customization, integration, and support of the IFS ERP platform.\nThe successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the IFS ERP system through custom development, business process automation, reporting solutions, integrations, and user experience enhancements. This role requires expertise in IFS development tools, APIs, Projections, BPA Workflows, Lobbies, Reports, and system integrations while ensuring solutions align with business objectives, security requirements, and ERP best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplication Development & Customization\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within IFS Cloud.\nDevelop and maintain custom pages, commands, fields, events, and client configurations.\nCreate scalable and supportable ERP solutions that align with business requirements.\nEnsure all customizations adhere to IFS development standards and upgrade strategies.\nCollaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nLobby & Dashboard Development\nDesign and develop operational and executive Lobbies.\nCreate KPI-driven dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.\nBuild and maintain custom data sources and lobby elements.\nPartner with stakeholders to enhance ERP visibility through actionable analytics.\nSupport reporting initiatives utilizing IFS tools and Power BI.\n\nBPA Workflow Development\nDesign, configure, and maintain IFS BPA Workflows.\nTroubleshoot workflow performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.\nCollaborate with business teams to improve efficiency through automation.\n\nReporting & Business Intelligence\nDevelop and support Business Reporter, Quick Reports, operational reports, and custom reporting solutions.\nCreate SQL-based views and reporting datasets.\nWork with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.\nSupport financial, operational, manufacturing, and supply chain reporting initiatives.\nOptimize report performance and usability.\n\nIntegration Development\nDesign, develop, and support integration between IFS and third-party applications.\nSupport API, middleware, EDI, and cloud-based integrations.\nDevelop data transformation and synchronization processes.\nAssist with integration troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure reliable and secure data exchange.\n\nDatabase Development & Support\nDevelop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database views.\nTroubleshoot complex data and application issues.\nAssist with data migration, conversion, and validation activities.\nSupport data governance and master data initiatives.\n\nTesting, Deployment & Support\nDevelop technical documentation, test plans, and deployment procedures.\nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.\nSupport application releases, upgrades, and system enhancements.\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.\nTrain users and technical resources on developed solutions.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3–5+ years of ERP development experience.\nHands-on experience developing and supporting IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.\nExperience with:\nIFS Developer Studio\nLobbies\nBPA Workflows\nProjections\nREST APIs\nReports and Business Reporter\nCustom Events and Configurations\nStrong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.\nExperience designing and supporting enterprise system integrations.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with IFS Cloud architecture and development framework.\nIFS Developer Certification.\nExperience with Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions.\nExperience with middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration technologies.\nExperience supporting ERP upgrades, migrations, and large transformation initiatives.\nExperience with DevOps, source control, and release management processes.\n\nCore Competencies\nIFS Development Expertise\nAPI & Integration Development\nBPA Workflow Automation\nLobby & Dashboard Design\nReporting & Analytics\nSQL & PL/SQL Development\nTechnical Problem Solving\nERP Architecture & Design\n\nReady to be part of a team that pushes boundaries both on and off the track?
