This internship provides hands-on experience supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, with a primary focus on SharePoint Online, collaboration tools, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, brings strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining practical experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, cloud technologies, and IT administration.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.\nSupport the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content.\nWork with internal stakeholders to help organize, upload, and maintain SharePoint content using established best practices.\nAssist with user access, roles, permissions, and Microsoft 365 license management.\nHelp monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and document findings.\nAssist with developing and improving automated workflows and business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.\nHelp troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-related issues while learning IT support best practices.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, and user training materials.\nAdditional tasks as needed\n\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nInterest in Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.\nBasic understanding of IT systems, cloud technologies, or collaboration platforms through coursework, projects, or previous experience.\nInterest in learning Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, and other Microsoft technologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities \nCollaboration: Works effectively with internal teams and external partners. \nAdaptability: Responds effectively to evolving business needs and opportunities. \nGrowth mindset \nAbility to handle multiple projects independently \n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious coursework, projects, or internship experience involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, or other cloud technologies.\nFamiliarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, or similar automation tools.\nBasic understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, or compliance concepts.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure or AWS through coursework, personal projects, or previous work experience.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, and move in diverse operational environments, including race shops, arenas, and commercial facilities. \nComfortable working in variable environmental conditions, including loud, high-traffic, or high-pressure environments.\n\nWhy Join Us: You’ll help support a team developing a next-generation Formula 1 power unit, working alongside professionals who value precision, creativity, and a constant drive to improve.
