(8D, DMAIC, 5-Why)\nOwn and manage MRB, NCR/CAPA processes, ensuring effective closure and prevention of recurrence.\nWork with metrology in validation activities including CMM, 3D scanning, and GD&T verification.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, yield improvement, and process capability.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.\nExperience in process or manufacturing quality.\nStrong knowledge of GD&T, APQP/PPAP, SPC, and MSA.\nExperience supporting machining and/or additive manufacturing processes.\nProven experience in root cause analysis and CAPA systems.\nAbility to work hands-on in manufacturing and assembly environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in high-performance automotive, motorsport, or aerospace.\nProficiency with statistical tools. (Minitab, JMP)\nFamiliarity with quality systems. (High QA, Unipoint or equivalent)\nLean Six Sigma certification.\n\nWorking Environment\nHands-on role within manufacturing and assembly areas, including additive and machining operations.\nExposure to high-performance mechanical systems and test environments.\nOccasional travel to suppliers and partner facilities.\n\nReady to be part of a team that pushes boundaries both on and off the track?
