Ensuring the accuracy of pricing, sales orders and system data. Depending on the right candidate, this role may work out of our Burlington, Mississauga or Vaughan branches.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare customer pricing documentation\nPrepare vendor pricing documentation \nManage the pricing and quotations for specialty products \nAssist in the process of onboarding new vendors \nPrepare accurate quotes and support the sales team with timely order entry and documentation\nUtilize ERP systems (Business Central) to track customer orders and maintain an accurate customer database\nCommunicate needs, concerns, competitive activities, and demand for products to the team to drive initiatives\nProvide sales activity reports to management as required\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction\nUphold company standards as it relates to sales ethics, and anti-trust & competition laws\nSkills & Qualifications:\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role \nPrevious experience or exposure to building supplies or construction industry considered a strong asset \nPrevious experience dealing with ERP systems \nExcellent verbal and written skills, with a focus on customer service\nAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationships\nExceptional accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and handle logistical challenges efficiently\nThe (range of) compensation for this position is $60,700.00 to $71,600.00Job Location: GMS Family of Locations - Burlington4331 Mainway Burlington, ON L7L 5N9\nSRS Distribution Inc., including all its subsidiaries, is committed to providing equal employment.
