Our team consists of specialist engineers who collaborate across hardware, platform and product development. We value open technical discussions, practical problem-solving and sharing what we know. You will join colleagues who take their work seriously while maintaining an informal and supportive way of working.\nTogether with other teams, we define, design, implement and verify the ReSound programmable DSP platform, including 2.4 GHz Bluetooth Low Energy and Auracast™ wireless communication capabilities.\nYour contribution is appreciated, and you will:\nContribute to electronic design development of hearing aids and accessories, from prototype stage and design verification through to production, influencing architecture and design decisions\nEvaluate and implement new technologies in hearing-aid electronics\nDesign and coordinate test verification activities to ensure reliable product performance\nCreate and maintain documentation required for regulatory compliance\nCollaborate with cross-functional colleagues to integrate platform technologies into compact hearing solutions\nTo perform well in the role, we imagine that you:\nHold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering, with a focus on signal integration or a related field\nBring relevant experience in analog and baseband digital design\nUnderstand electronic systems design\nCan work through and enjoy complex technical questions and analytical problem solving\nMay have experience with Cadence Allegro schematic tools\nWork well with others across technical disciplines\nCommunicate proficiently in English\nWe pride ourselves on encouraging flexible work whenever possible.
