We support our people, encourage innovative thinking, and unite around shared objectives.\nYour contribution is appreciated, and you will:\nProcess supplier invoices and credit notes in accordance with company policies, local regulations, and agreed service levels.\n\nManage invoice verification activities, including PO and non-PO invoice processing and three-way matching procedures.\n\nReview invoice documentation and ensure compliance with VAT and accounting requirements.\n\nSupport vendor account maintenance, reconciliations, and balance confirmations.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related inquiries.\n\nSupport the preparation of standard and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders.\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives within the AP function.\n\nEnsure timely identification and escalation of operational risks and process issues.\n\nDevelop positive relationships with vendors and internal business partners to provide reliable service and support.\n\nTo perform well in the role, we imagine that you:\nHold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nHave experience working within Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or finance operations.\n\nUnderstand end-to-end AP processes, including invoice management, vendor reconciliation, accruals, and month-end activities.\n\nHave experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and financial applications.\n\nPossess a solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT requirements, internal controls, and compliance standards.\n\nAre comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\n\nMaintain close attention to detail and ensure work is completed accurately.\n\nBring solid organizational skills and handle priorities effectively.\n\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across various functions and countries.\n\nEnjoy working in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.\n\nAre fluent in English.\n\nFlexible working\nAt GN, we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible.
