# Muda III

Position Overview The Muda Operator isa key position within operations that will focus on handling problem orders by identifying the problem, analyzing possible solutions, and deciding on the best course of action, in a timely manner. Diagnose why an order had to be removed from the standard process Ability to successfully resolve an issue and move the order along to the next process Respond to and/or report recurring issues. Assist with and perform investigations into process failures and document findings accordingly Support cross-training efforts for current techs and assist in training new techs, as needed. Continuously identify opportunities to improve the overall success of operations. Work with engineering and quality to initiate and implement process improvements Effectively work in a dynamic, team environment, with the flexibility to rotate responsibilities as required.
