You are comfortable mentoring and being mentored, and you enjoy collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to improve both our products and the way we work.\nThis role is in our Software and Services group working on building amazing software products and services for gamers.\nYou are a structured and proactive product or project manager with strong customer-facing skills and a solid understanding of software development. You are comfortable operating in a cross-functional and international environment, and you know how to balance customer expectations, business priorities, and development constraints.\nYou are action-oriented, organized, and able to drive topics forward with clarity and ownership. You are also collaborative by nature and effective at building alignment across customers and internal teams.\nNECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\n5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or program management for software products.\nExperience working with B2B software products, ideally in environments involving customer-specific delivery.\nStrong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.\nExperience working closely with software development teams in an Agile or similar delivery environment.\nProven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and commercial/customer-facing teams.\nStrong customer communication and relationship management skills.\nExperience coordinating issue resolution, support follow-up, and bug-fix delivery in a structured way.\nAbility to translate business and customer needs into actionable plans and priorities.\nStrong communication skills in Mandarin and English.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with global teams.\nExperience in PC software, audio software, or OEM-related environments is a plus.\nA technical background or strong understanding of software development processes is a plus.\nWITHIN 1 MONTH YOU WILL:\nBuild an understanding of the Nahimic product portfolio, customer landscape, and internal ways of working.\nGet familiar with ongoing roadmap priorities, customer commitments, and active support topics.\nStart building relationships with key internal stakeholders across engineering, QA, and product teams.\nLearn the context, expectations, and operating model for our largest customer account.\nWITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL:\nTake ownership of day-to-day coordination for selected roadmap and customer delivery topics.\nDrive follow-up on product support topics and bug-fix priorities with internal teams.\nEstablish a clear view of key milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations across your scope.\nContribute to roadmap execution by aligning customer needs with internal delivery plans.\nAct as a trusted interface between customers and internal teams for planning, issue management, and status follow-up.\nWITHIN 9 MONTHS YOU WILL:\nIndependently manage key customer and delivery topics across the Nahimic activity.\nBe the product/project management lead for our largest customer relationship in your scope.\nDrive roadmap execution with strong predictability, communication, and stakeholder
