# Software Engineering Manager - Hearing

Help build software that supports people in hearing and communicating more easily. As Software Engineering Manager in our Software department, you will provide technical and people leadership for engineers building our mobile applications and the connected software ecosystem around them. A strong software engineering background and Mobile App development experience are essential for this role. You will use that technical experience to guide engineering decisions, develop our engineers, and strengthen our engineering practices across teams. You may already be a people manager, or you may be a senior engineer or technical lead ready to take that next step. What matters is that you bring strong technical judgment, enjoy helping others grow, and can raise the engineering capability of the teams around you. The Team you will be part of: The Software department develops the cloud, desktop, and mobile applications that help hearing care professionals and end users get the most from our products.
