Communicate well with crew members. \nMonitor glue levels; maintain a clean and efficient glue system.\nEnsure housekeeping for entire machine area. \nManage quality testing and inspections to minimize waste and prevent shipping unacceptable product. \nDocument data collection.\nBe in constant communication with supervisors and crew members.\nMaintain productions reports\nRun sample orders and trials. \nUtilize email, sharepoint, and other computer functions for adequate communication, SOP instruction, and documentation.\nOversee training of new employees, ensure training checklists are completed, and participate in reviews.\nAll other duties as required by Production Supervisors or Management\n\nOpportunities for Growth\nYou will have the opportunity to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge that can be applied to grow into new positions with higher pay.
