and ensure safety, quality and productivity of our corrugator staff\nRecognize good performance and acknowledge employees\nEnsure policies and procedures are followed, which includes administering corrective discipline.\nRecord absenteeism and attendance.\nDelegate employees to tasks when needed, and assist in scheduling personnel on overtime.\nRespond, record, and investigate accidents and administer first aid.\nEnsure production floor feedback is accurately recorded in Kiwi system.\nSupply tooling and resources to employees and machines.\nCommunicate interdepartmentally to make accurate decisions of customer orders, maintenance on machines, and employee training.\nUse computer to enter customer orders in machine line-up, check inventory, employee scanning in and out of work, and corrugator schedule lineup.\nParticipate and facilitate communication meetings with employees pertaining to safety, toolbox discussions, daily production walks, preventative maintenance meetings and monthly Crew Leader meetings.\nWrite up, and/or approve maintenance work orders.\nParticipates in continuous improvement and effectively communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for this position.\nProvides direction and leadership to employees in all departments as needed.\n\nCompensation: \nSalary is negotiable based on education and
