The strategy includes RPA design, data model design, best practices, etc.\nTranslating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.\nReview code for compliance and reuse, and ensure code complies with RPA architectural standards.\nResponsible and accountable for maintaining the RPA Object Library.\nCreate practices and standards for developing and perpetually maintaining reusable components.\nLead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defects.\nCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.\nMaintain/monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod).\n\nRequirements: \nOverall 5+ years of experience, of which at least 3+ years of experience in software development.\nExperience with Process Improvement/Optimization.\nExperience with the Waterfall and Agile software development processes.\nAbility to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.\nAwareness of commercial or open-source RPA and low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage but not a necessity.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a Related Field.\nYou should have strong programming skills and exposure to the following technology areas.\nExtensive experience in designing and delivering automation solutions in Python, Django, and Flask.\nExperience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, and JSON API services in a programming language.\nFamiliarity with ORM.\nGood knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
