With your contribution, you will influence how people charge their cars in the future.\nYour area of responsibility\nActively generate new business in CEE through cold calling, outreach and lead generation\nIdentify and approach potential partners such as EV charger resellers, electrical installers, electrical wholesalers and e-mobility shops\nFollow up on leads and opportunities and build a strong, structured sales pipeline\nSupport our Comercial Lead for CEE and our Key Account Manager for the Balkans with offers, orders, follow-ups and CRM maintenance\nPresent go-e and our product range professionally - mostly online, and on site with key partners\nKeep an eye on the market and competitors and share insights with the team\nWork closely with sales management and our departments at the headquarters in Feldkirchen, Carinthia (Austria)\nWhat you bring\n2-3 years of experience in sales, business development or inside sales\nNative or near-native Slovak or Czech and very good English, written and spoken\nA genuine passion for selling: you enjoy picking up the phone, starting conversations and closing deals\nStrong communication skills - you know when to talk, when to listen and how to read your counterpart\nExperience with CRM and ERP systems as tools to sell better, not as an end in itself\nA self-driven, structured way of working and a hands-on, team-oriented attitude\nWillingness to travel within CEE and to our Austrian headquarters \nIt would be even better if you have\nAn existing network among EV charger resellers, electrical installers or electrical wholesalers in CEE\nFirst experience or interest in e-mobility, automotive or energy (not a must - we will train you)\nWhat we offer\nA real growth path: as our CEE business develops, this role can grow into an Key Account Manager position\nStructured onboarding with hands-on support from our Inside Sales and Key Account Management colleagues\nA small, committed team and a lot of freedom to shape the CEE market\nInfluence in a fast-growing company working on the energy transition\nFlexible working hours\nMental well-being support\nEmployee discounts on our products\nThe salary will be based on your professional experience and qualifications.
