AI Product Development & Engineering\nDesign, build, test and maintain AI-powered applications, services and features for GO-GENIE's internal platforms.\nTranslate business and operational requirements into practical technical solutions.\nDevelop backend services, APIs and integrations to support AI functionalities.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable and maintainable.\n2. LLMs, Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation\nDevelop AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows.\nBuild intelligent automation capabilities to streamline operational processes and improve productivity.\nEvaluate and optimise AI model performance, accuracy, response quality and cost efficiency.\nImplement appropriate safeguards for data security, reliability and human oversight.\n3. Computer Vision & Platform Analytics\nDevelop and integrate computer vision solutions for image recognition, operational verification and automated validation.\nBuild AI-assisted analytics and reporting capabilities to support operational insights and decision-making.\nWork with structured and unstructured data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.\n4. System Integration & Continuous Improvement\nIntegrate AI solutions into existing systems, databases and operational workflows.\nSupport testing, deployment, monitoring and ongoing optimisation of AI applications.\nConduct technical research, feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept development for new AI initiatives.\nMaintain technical documentation and follow established development and security standards.\n5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Ownership\nCollaborate with the CTO, COO, product team and relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver agreed solutions.\nIndependently manage assigned development tasks, technical investigations and project deliverables.\nCommunicate technical progress, risks, dependencies and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.\nSupport knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of GO-GENIE's AI capabilities.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nProficiency in Python, backend development and API integration.\nHands-on experience developing AI applications using LLMs, RAG or related AI frameworks.\nGood understanding of databases, software development practices, testing and version control.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and independent problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.\nPreferred:\nExperience with agentic AI, vector databases, computer vision or AI workflow orchestration.\nFamiliarity with cloud deployment, MLOps and AI performance monitoring.\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, fulfilment
