projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within\nbudget, and to the required quality standards.\n\nWork collaborativelywith project managers, project coordinators, designers, and other\nengineering professionals to deliver successful project outcomes.\n\nDevelop, maintain, andmonitor project schedules, task assignments, resource requirements, and\nestimated hours.\n\nTrack project progress,identify potential risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep\nprojects on track.\n\nRespond to clientinquiries regarding project scope, technical requirements, schedules, and\nfinancial matters.\n\nAttend internal andclient meetings, document discussions, and prepare detailed meeting\nminutes.\n\nElectrical Design & Construction Administration\nReview existingelectrical installations and support assessments of building electrical\nsystems.\n\nManage and reviewproject deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with\napplicable requirements.\n\nCoordinate siteinspections and work with site inspectors to complete required project\nactivities.\n\nPerform constructionadministration activities, including shop drawing reviews, contract\ndocumentation, and related project records.\n\nEnsure constructionadministration deliverables are completed accurately, on schedule, and\nwithin budget.\n\nCoordinate communicationbetween project management and design teams to ensure alignment throughout\nthe project lifecycle.\n\nApply knowledge ofelectrical distribution, fire alarm, lighting, and other building\nelectrical systems to support effective project delivery.\n\nTeam Collaboration & Business Support\nProvide guidance andsupport to junior project managers, project coordinators, and other team\nmembers.\n\nContribute to improvingproject management processes, procedures, and operational efficiency.\n\nCollaborate withbusiness development and proposal teams to prepare responses to client\nrequests and new project opportunities.\n\nBuild and maintainpositive working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and\ninternal stakeholders.\n\nTake ownership ofassigned projects and contribute to the overall success of the engineering\nteam.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nThe ideal candidate will bring a combination of electrical\nbuilding services knowledge, project coordination or management experience, and\nstrong communication skills.\nRequirements\nRequired and preferred qualifications include:\nA minimum of 2 yearsof direct experience in electrical building services.\n\nA diploma or degree inelectrical engineering, electrical building services, or a related\ntechnical program.\n\nApproximately 2-3 yearsof electrical design experience preferred.\n\nExperience withelectrical building retrofits is considered an asset.\n\nWorking knowledge ofconstruction project management principles and practices.\n\nFamiliarity withelectrical distribution, fire alarm, and lighting systems.\n\nKnowledge of theNational Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code.\n\nFamiliarity withrelevant ASHRAE and CSA/ULC standards.\n\nWorking toward aProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario is preferred.\n\nProficiency in MicrosoftOffice applications.\n\nStrong written andverbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally\nwith clients and colleagues.\n\nExcellent organizationalskills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing\npriorities.\n\nA proactive,detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project
