It's a product full of data and full of decisions. The people using it are brand managers, marketers, account managers and CXOs who open it to answer a question about their business and act on it right away. Designing for them means holding a lot of complexity in your head and then hiding almost all of it. You'll work directly with a product manager and a set of engineers, alongside a junior designer whose growth you'll help shape. You'll report to the Design Manager and work closely with the founders.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOwn your part of the product from end to end: talk to users, frame the problem, design it, hand it off, then keep improving it after launch.\nMove fast. Get to a rough answer, put it in front of people, and make it better, instead of polishing one ow until it's late.\nTake messy, half-defined problems with three people asking for different things, and turn them into something that feels obvious to use.\nTalk to customers directly, from brand teams and marketing teams to account managers and our own sales and success folks, and turn what you hear into\ndecisions rather than notes.\nWork shoulder to shoulder with PMs and engineers: agree on scope, review what's built, and catch the gap between the design and what actually shipped.\nDesign for numbers. Tables, charts, alerts, spend and rupee-level detail are the material you work with, not a section of the screen.\nGo beyond dashboards. Charts and tables are one answer, not the only one. We want someone who'll propose a way of working that nobody asked for and then prove it.\nDecide what \"this worked\" means before you launch, then go check.\nUse AI as part of how you work, and make the rest of us better at it: research, exploration, copy, prototyping, writing code.\nBuild with the design system and add back to it, so your work doesn't drift away from the rest of the product.\nHelp the design team grow. Review the junior designer's work and unblock them, share what you learn, and raise the standard for everyone.\n\nRequirements: \n4-7 years designing software products, ideally SaaS or something else where the problems are genuinely hard.\nA portfolio that goes deep on a few problems instead of showing a wide tour of screens. We want to see how you thought, what you threw away, and what happened after launch.\nReal craft. Type, hierarchy, density, restraint. You notice a 2px misalignment, and you also know when it doesn't matter.\nSpeed, and the judgement that makes speed safe: knowing what to cut, what to ship rough, and what deserves more time.\nYou're good with numbers. You can read a dataset, question a metric, and design around what the data actually does rather than what a nice-looking chart suggests.\nYou work well with AI. It's part of how you design now, not something you're planning to try.\nOriginal thinking. You bring ideas that weren't on the list, and you can argue for them.\nYou handle people well. You can hold your position with a founder, a PM and a customer on the same problem without losing the plot or the relationship.\nProactive. You bring the problem to the table before someone assigns it to you.\nCurious about the business. Quick commerce and CPG growth are messy, and the good design decisions live inside that mess.\nSomeone people want to work with.
