In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and reinforcing our commitment to a secure and healthy work environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness within our operations.\nRole Details:\nSalary: $90,000-$105,000\nSchedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with weekend flexibility during busy seasons\nAddress: 5620 Knott Avenue, Buena Park\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperational Management:\nOversee daily operations at the Buena Park site, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.\nEnsure all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.\nImplement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.\nTeam Leadership:\nRecruit, train, and manage a team of employees, including warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel.\nFoster a positive and productive work environment by providing clear direction, feedback, and support.\nConduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.\nCustomer Satisfaction:\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).\nImplement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.\nSafety and Compliance:\nEnsure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations.\nConduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.\nMaintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.\nFinancial Management:\nDevelop and manage the site’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.\nMonitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.\nLogistics Coordination:\nCoordinate with other GoBolt sites and the central logistics team to optimize the flow of goods and information.\nManage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing holding costs.\nOversee the scheduling and routing of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution.\nContinuous Improvement:\nImplement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nStay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep the site operations up-to-date.\nLead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall business performance.\nReporting and Analysis:\nPrepare regular reports on site performance, including operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics.\nAnalyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.\nPresent findings and recommendations to senior management.\nWhat You Bring:\n4+ years of experience in warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment operations\nBachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
