Together, we’re shaping a smarter, safer, and more sustainable built world.\nPosition Overview:\nAs an Analystics Engineer I, you will entail collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to evaluate our customer’s data needs, design data models, and produce effective data visualizations to enable data-driven decision making. There will be numerous opportunities to influence our analytics strategy, contribute to best practices, and mentor other team members.\nYour Most Important Initiatives:\nWrite and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple sources.\nBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and process data from internal and third-party systems.\nDesign and develop data models that translate customer and business requirements into scalable, reusable structures.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate customer data needs and recommend effective solutions.\nProduce clear, effective data visualizations and dashboards using BI platforms to enable data-driven decision making.\nTranslate loosely-defined business requirements into executable action plans and technical specifications.\nContribute to and help evolve analytics best practices, standards, and documentation.\nMentor and support fellow team members, serving as a knowledgeable resource for the broader organization.\nWhat You Bring:\n1-3 years of SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries\n1-3 years of ETL/ELT development experience\n1-3 years of data modeling experience\nExperience with BI data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Looker)\nFamiliarity with transformation frameworks such as dbt\nExperience with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)\nWorking knowledge of Python or another scripting language for data transformation\nExperience with version control tools such as Git\nUnderstanding of data quality, testing, and validation practices\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nStrong mentoring and collaboration skills\nWhy Join Us?\nJoin a mission-driven team focused on proactive customer success and long-term partnership.
