We are responsible for the month-end close, the preparation of financial accounts, and play a key role in delivering audits. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an Assistant Management Accountant with experience delivering month-end activities and performing P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.\nWhat excites you\nOwnership:\nOwn the preparation and posting of monthly journals such as accruals, prepayments and adjustments across all entities. \nOwn key balance sheet accounts across the group, completing monthly reconciliations and resolving variances in a timely, documented manner\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with teams across the business, including AP, Tax and Management Reporting\nSupporting the Finance Manager when required\nAssist with the annual audits in preparation and provide the requested documents\nAnalysis:\nProduce P&L variance analysis and commentary\nWhat must you have \nExperience in a financial control or management accounting environment\nUse Excel or Google Sheets with confidence\nShow attention to detail\nBe a team player, with ability to work independently\nWhat might you have \nPerform multi-currency balance sheet reconciliations, ideally across multiple entities\nFamiliar with NetSuite and FloQast apps\nCommunicate confidently with internationally based stakeholders\nHold an accounting qualification\nUse AI to identify process efficiencies\nAbility to prioritise time and stay organised in a fast-paced environment\nBase salary range: € 25,600- € 38,400 (gross), (including 13th and 14th salary).\nBase salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (€ 25,600 - € 32,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role.
