As a senior member of the Customer Operations team, the KYC Specialist will also act as a primary escalation point for compliance-related issues, both within the team and across other departments.\nWorking hours:\nIn the first three months during onboarding - Monday - Friday 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM\nAfter onboarding rotational shift - 4 days on / 4 days off 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM\nWhat excites you \nReviewing Adverse Media, PEP and Sanctions screening escalations and providing detailed risk assessments and recommendations.\nOpportunities to upskill other team members, proactively share your knowledge with the team and propose process improvements.\nSupporting our Merchants during their onboarding and verification stages.\nHandle internal escalations to relevant teams, such as potential fraud, ML/TF activities, and complex cases.\nCollaborating with various teams, such as AML Financial Crime and Customer Success, to help make sure we’re creating a seamless onboarding experience for customers.\nConducting due diligence checks on new and existing Merchants in accordance with internal and external requirements.\nWhat excites us \nYou are verbally fluent in English and can communicate clearly in writing to support customers via email or over the phone.\nYou have previous experience in KYC or AML.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nYou care deeply about providing customers with a great experience while keeping calm under pressure.\nYou're comfortable working with internal stakeholders at all levels, upholding our core product & compliance requirements with a problem-solving approach.\nPrior experience using tools like Zendesk, Looker, Lexis Nexis is preferred, but not essential.\nBase salary range: 18,400 EUR - 27,600 EUR\nBase salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range (18,400 EUR - 23,000 EUR) until performance can be assessed in role.
