As Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical lead on those relationships, from the first conversation through to a live integration and beyond.\nYou’ll work alongside our Partnerships team to qualify opportunities, run technical discovery, design the integration and get the partner live. You’ll be the person a partner’s engineers trust when something misbehaves in the sandbox, and the person who can explain to their commercial team why a design choice matters.\nYour day-to-day will focus on:\nLead technical discovery with prospective and existing partners and turn it into a clear solution design using our various partner APIs such as Embed & Connect\nBuild and deliver demos and proofs of concept that show how bank payments work inside the partner’s product\nGuide partners through integration, testing and launch, including webhooks, failure handling and go-live readiness\nWork with Partnerships to qualify, shape and close partner opportunities\nBuild the assets that make the next integration faster, e.g. guides, sample code, Postman collections and integration checklists\nKeep us ahead of how partners use our APIs with newer tooling, including MCP and agentic commerce\nWhat you’ll bring \nEssential:\nExperience as a pre-sales, post-sales or implementation engineer working directly with customers or partners\nHands-on API experience: you’re comfortable in Postman, reading logs and debugging a failing request\nWorking knowledge of OAuth, webhooks and common integration patterns\nProgramming skills in at least one common language\nA solid understanding of how APIs and MCP servers work\nA Real Advantage:\nExperience building integrations with payment service providers or platforms\nKnowledge of payments, eg. Direct Debit, open banking, cards and alternative payment methods\nExperience working with platforms or multi-tenant models\nDay-to-day use of AI tools in your own engineering work\nYou’ll probably enjoy this role if\nYou’re a problem solver who likes getting stuck into the detail\nYou’re curious and learn new systems quickly\nYou like being consultative, asking good questions before proposing answers\nYou get a kick out of helping partners grow and build something new\nBase salary range: €48,000 - €72,000 + 30% OTE \nBase salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.
