ensuring nothing slips between product, infra, and customer ops.\nOwn issue triage, RCA processes, and technical delivery escalations with precision.\n\nTechnical and Data Operations: \nOversee data integration pipelines, document reconciliation, and validation systems.\nBuild scalable workflows for real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and SLA reporting.\nDefine and implement standardized runbooks for faster issue recovery and zero downtime.\n\nAI and Automation Enablement: \nUse AI and low-code platforms (e. g. n8n, Retool, CrewAI, or LangGraph) to accelerate integrations, diagnostics, and reporting.\nIdentify repetitive patterns and automate them into intelligent workflows.\nContinuously evolve processes through experimentation, agentic automation, and feedback loops.\n\nPeople and Performance: \nLead a multi-disciplinary team of support, integration, and QA engineers.\nFoster a culture of speed, accountability, and technical depth.\nOwn team performance metrics: issue resolution time, uptime, and delivery consistency.\n\nRequirements: \n2+ years of experience in technical Product management, engineering delivery, or data operations.\nStrong background in backend systems, API integrations, and data workflows.\nExperience with AI orchestration, automation tools, or low-code platforms (e. g., LangChain, n8n, Retool).\nProven ability to manage SLAs, triage complex issues, and drive high-speed problem resolution.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication;
