The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of our product line and the ability to quickly determine the best solution to meet customers' needs. The successful individual will help build relationships with both existing and potential customers while implementing programs that are mutually beneficial to the company and its customers.\nEssential Job Duties:\nDevelop trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer base\nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.\nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives.\nDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.\nQuarterly onsite meetings with assigned customers providing recommendations and to ensure customer satisfaction.\nClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with management and clients.\nPrepare and review reports on account status with your customers.\nCollaborate with engineers and operations to identify and grow opportunities within your base clients.\nAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.\nPrepare and present proposals for products and service offerings.\nDocument customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments including actions taken.\nQualifications:\nPreferred experience in customer service, an education in Information Technology or an understanding in IT is a plus. Some sales experience would be helpful but not a requirement.\nAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities.\nProblem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.\nExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills needed.\nMust work effectively with senior-level executives and staff; must also be able to work independently.\nMust have strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.\nExcellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.\nMust have strong customer support orientation for external customers, demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.\nMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (plus commission).
