We would love for you to bring your skills and be part of our team!\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nCorporate Technologies seeking a Cloud and Systems Administrator who is responsible for the administration, security, reliability, and modernization of CT’s infrastructure, Microsoft cloud environment, endpoints, and enterprise applications.The role will support the current hybrid environment while helping CT transition toward a cloud-first architecture centered around Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender XDR, automation, and modern endpoint management.\nJob Duties:\nAdminister Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.\nSupport Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and remaining hybrid infrastructure.\nAdminister and support enterprise business applications, permissions, SSO, integrations, and vendor escalations.\nExpand Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot.\nHelp transition devices and identity services from traditional Active Directory toward Entra ID.\nImplement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, and identity security.\nImplement and administer Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, and related Microsoft security technologies.\nImprove system uptime, monitoring, redundancy, backup, recovery, and overall availability.\nIdentify infrastructure and applications that can be migrated, consolidated, or replaced with cloud services.\nAutomate repetitive administration using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and other automation tools.\nTroubleshoot escalated infrastructure, application, identity, endpoint, and Microsoft cloud issues.\nMaintain technical documentation and participate in change management and disaster recovery planning.\nCoordinate and collaborate with network engineering, business application, and database administration functions to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of corporate infrastructure (hardware/software) to meet business demands.\nManaging Windows Server and Domain Services lifecycle to ensure maximum security of our systems and data.\nLeading the design and creation of a Windows infrastructure refresh while coaching Service Desk personnel for cross training opportunities and skills overlap. This will include updating/migrating Domain Controllers, DNS and DHCP servers, certificate services, and other core Windows services that are refreshed.\nEvaluating operating system and application software and security updates and applying these updates in a promotional process from lower environments to production.\nMaintain and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.\nParticipate in disaster recovery testing.\nDocument the company’s existing systems architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.\nMonitoring servers, services, processes, and application-level performance and availability and troubleshooting where appropriate.\nInvestigating security alerts from SIEM solution to respond to potential threats.\nAdhering to an IT Service Desk, Change Management and Problem Management ITIL framework.\nDocument the company’s existing systems architecture and technology portfolio; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.\nQualifications:\n5+ years in Cloud and Systems Administrator role\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field; or 5 additional years of experience in the IT field including one industry certification related to Microsoft technologies.\nOptimistic, proactive, energetic approach to work habits, management techniques, and communications.\nA passion for technology.
