We would love for you to bring your skills and be part of our team!\nCorporate Technologies is seeking an Onsite System Engineer Level 1that will be assigned to a customer site to provide helpdesk support and complete other duties as needed.\nJob Duties:\nHelpdesk support\nInstalling, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers\nInstalling and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades\nTroubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues\nRemoving old equipment and performing data migration to new machines\nAll teammates are expected to demonstrate job flexibility and perform other duties as assigned to deliver on our promise to keep the client’s needs our priority.\nProvide remote support for customers\nProvide onsite support for customers\nIncluding support of MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration\nMust have a current Driver's License\nOTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:\nPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a wide range of users having different levels of computer expertise\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nExcellent customer service skills\nThorough knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network connections\nExcellent interpersonal skills which include the ability to demonstrate tact and sensitivity in client and teammate communications both verbally and in writing\nAbility to handle multiple and changing priorities with confidence\nQualifications\nHelpdesk experience\nOffice product knowledge\nPhone skills\nAble to work independently\nCompensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour\nBenefits:\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nFlexible spending accounts\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nWork Location: In personBloomington MN (Bell Bank)\nEqual Employment Opportunity: Corporate Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
