We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Support Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of software and hardware systems. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is not a remote position, this is a fully onsite position.\nJob Duties:\nProvide remote technical support to customers and internal users via phone, email, and chat.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.\nDocument support cases and solutions in the ticketing system accurately and timely.\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.\nAssist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades remotely.\nMaintain knowledge base articles and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or related roles.\nStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.\nExperience with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.\nFamiliarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.\nCompensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually\nBenefits:\n401(k) matching\nCell phone reimbursement (depending on position)\nDental insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee discount\nFlexible spending account\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nMileage reimbursement \nPaid time off\nPaid training\nVision insurance\nEqual Employment Opportunity: Corporate Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
