The role We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead engineering searches across our growing client roster, from founding engineers to senior and principal talent. You’ll own each search from kickoff through close, partnering directly with founders and engineering leaders to turn hiring goals into great hires. This is a chance to do high-impact recruiting while helping shape the playbooks, processes, and AI-powered tools that will define how Elly scales.
