Your contributions will directly impact our global operations and help us maintain our competitive edge! \nWhat you'll get to do...\nBe part of a team of tax professionals to account for all aspects ofU.S. tax compliance andglobal tax accounting and reporting \nAssistwith the preparation of quarterly and annual worldwide tax provision \nApply income tax reporting guidance (ASC 740) to different fact patterns to determinethe appropriate U.S. GAAPaccounting \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable calculation models to appropriately record the quarterly financial statement impact of tax positions \nAssistin the preparation and review of the tax sections of the company’s SEC reporting and footnote disclosures (10-Q and 10-K) \nAssistwith tax provision analytics communicated to management and external auditors \nResearch and monitorissues and changes in federal, state, and international tax law and accounting for income taxes \nImplement process improvement initiatives for more efficient tax provision and compliance processes \nLeverage automation, artificial intelligence, and scalable data-driven processes to build efficient tax calculation models and improve tax provision and compliance workflows \nAssistwith the income tax accounting process for various transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions \nSupport tax audits, assessments, and controversies by preparing documentation, responding to queries, liaising with tax authorities, and coordinating with external advisors on audits, appeals, and litigation matters\nYour experience should include...\n3+ years of relevant experience in U.S. direct tax analysis and compliance, with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance\nStrong hands-on experience across U.S. corporate tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, tax provisions, and audits, with a consistent track record of compliance \nAbility to interpret complex tax laws and apply them practically in a commercial, business-focused environment \nProficiency in Excel and familiarity with tax or financial reporting tools; comfort working with data, reconciliations, and analysis \nAbility to work collaboratively across finance, legal, and external advisors, while managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment \nWe encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement.
