The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of their assigned kiosks, implementing processes, managing cash flow, conducting promoter training, and ensuring effective stock management and merchandising.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn the Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned kiosks, ensuring profitability targets are met.\nDevelop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.\nTrain and supervise promoters to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and able to deliver exceptional customer service.\nManage cash flow at the kiosks, including handling cash transactions, reconciling cash registers, and depositing funds.\nImplement standardized processes for kiosk operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across locations.\nMonitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing stockouts.\nPlan and execute merchandising activities to optimize product visibility and drive sales.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including mall management and vendors.\nAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\nProven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.\nStrong sales acumen and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in Kannada.\nWillingness to travel to different kiosk locations as needed.\nWhy you should join GO DESi…\nAt GO DESi, we are growing exponentially and discovering new problems and creative solutions daily.
