Experience in the travel industry or airline distribution is a plus, but not a requirement.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAnalyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and system requirements.\nPrepare user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.\nDesign solutions together with Product Leaders and Engineering teams, balancing business needs with technical constraints.\nAnalyze existing system behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.\nInvestigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution of complex product and integration problems.\nWork closely with developers and QA throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners on system integrations and data flows.\nSupport backlog refinement, effort estimation, release planning, and risk identification.\nEnsure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and quality standards.\nContribute to improving analysis practices, documentation standards, and product development processes.\nWhat we're looking for:\n3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role in software development.\nExperience in the travel technology industry, such as OTAs, airlines, GDSs, reservation systems, travel management, or travel platforms.\nExperience gathering and documenting business and system requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.\nAbility to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA teams.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nEnglish proficiency (B2+) to work in an international environment.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of airline distribution, GDSs (Amadeus, Sabre), or NDC.\nExperience with SQL and API testing tools such as Postman.\nFamiliarity with UML, BPMN, or sequence diagrams.\nUnderstanding of microservices or
