An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.\nAre you the one we are looking for?\nResponsibilities:\nExecute optimizations across client Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging social platforms accounts following industry best practices.\n\nMonitor daily campaign performance and make data-drive adjustments to improve efficiency ROI.\n\nSupport day-to-day ad account maintenance and reporting.\n\nBuild, monitor, and proactively deliver performance reports with a focus on scaling channel results.\n\nManage QA processes to ensure accuracy in ad content and on-time delivery.\n\nTranslate business objectives into actionable multi-channel strategies, including audience segmentation and retargeting.\n\nMonitor ad platform updates and algorithm changes to proactively adjust strategies.\n\nWork with paid search, DSP, and email teams to execute collaborative cross-channel marketing.\n\nIdentify and implement fixes for low catalog match rate and product feed health to maximize efficiency.\n\nRequirements:\n1-3 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management (specifically Meta and Google Ads).\n\nStrong understanding in setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting Meta pixels and conversion events to drive campaigns.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication; growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning.\n\nExperience with other social platforms such as Pinterest, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn is a Plus.\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.\n\nThis is a 40 hours per week.\n\nThis position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.\n\nThe talent will work remotely allocated at our client.\n\nHere are the steps for this process:\nApplication review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.\nOnce you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
