An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.\nAre you the one we are looking for?\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze, quality check, file, and retrieve electronic construction-related documents\n\nProcess documents for incoming and outgoing transmittals\n\nReview and revise technical reports, specifications, drawings, and other documents\n\nIdentify and use the correct tools, systems, and techniques to index, file, and control documentation related to engineering and construction projects\n\nCollaborate with multiple contractors, project team members, and project management to control, distribute, maintain, and retrieve project documents\n\nWork proactively to resolve issues and mitigate risks\n\nSupport, train, and guide other team members and the client on document control procedures\n\nRequirements:\n1+ years of full-cycle electronic document control experience; project close-out experience is a plus\n\nDemonstrated experience in document control and records management, including Engineering and Vendor document management, As-Built documentation, turnover processes, technical close-out, and project archiving\n\nConstruction industry experience with an understanding of engineering, project phases, facilities, and documents for operations\n\nWorking knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)\n\nProficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access\n\nEffective collaboration skills in a team-based environment\n\nExcellent writing skills for technical documentation, specifications, training materials, and presentations\n\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy\n\nFlexibility in adapting to changing client requirements\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards\n\nIt's a plus:\nExperience with Greenfield and Brownfield projects\n\nExperience with project close-out processes\n\nWorking knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.\n\nThis position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.\n\nThe talent will work remotely allocated at our client.\n\nHere are the steps for this process:\nApplication review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.\nOnce you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
