An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.\nAre you the one we are looking for?\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with product teams to help define and execute technical criteria\n\nFind high-value uses for AI and define how success is measured\n\nDesign, build and ship LLM-powered features and agents from prototype to production, such as automating client data onboarding\n\nOwn retrieval and RAG over our data, building on the foundation our data engineers prepare\n\nBuild evals and monitoring that track quality, cost and latency, and improve systems based on the results\n\nHelp refine our customer-facing AI features\n\nRequirements:\nMid-to-senior software engineer who has shipped LLM-based features or agents to production, not only prototypes\n\nProduction experience in Python (preferred) or Node.js/TypeScript\n\nBuilding with LLMs: prompt and tool design, structured outputs, retrieval/RAG and agent orchestration\n\nEvaluating AI systems: eval sets built from representative data, automated graders, human review and production monitoring\n\nAWS or another enterprise cloud platform, including its AI services (AWS Bedrock preferred)\n\nAI-native development: daily use of agentic AI coding tools, and experience scaling shared AI workflows across a team and into the development lifecycle, including CI/CD\n\nStrong English and communication skills\n\nIt's a plus:\nAgent tool protocols such as MCP\n\nSQL and cloud warehouse data (Snowflake preferred)\n\nInfrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)\n\nExposure to energy, utilities or sustainability data\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.\n\nThis is a 40 hours per week.\n\nThis position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.\n\nThe talent will work remotely allocated at our client.\n\nHere are the steps for this process:\nTBD > Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.\nOnce you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
