An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.\nAre you the one we are looking for?\nResponsibilities:\nCreate detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, file review, and confirming engagement agreements\n\nConduct comprehensive site visits, documenting assets and common areas\n\nEnter building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and produce complete reports in Word\n\nWork with management to review reports for accuracy and communicate with clients\n\nCollect data on client properties, perform on-site reviews, and carry out multi-step assessment processes\n\nKeep clear, proactive communication with the sales team and clients, and resolve issues promptly\n\nSolve unique project challenges while keeping a high level of accuracy and detail\n\nTake part in staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum four-year engineering or technical degree\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to read and understand architectural and engineering construction plans and specifications\n\nAble to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks with careful attention to detail\n\nAble to classify building utility system components based on how they are used in the facility\n\nAble to use industry-standard cost estimation sources to determine the cost of building and site components\n\nClient-focused: timely, high-quality service that meets or exceeds expectations\n\nIt's a plus:\nPrior experience in cost segregation, tax consulting, or a similar technical field\n\nInterest in a personalized, hands-on approach to tax consulting\n\nExperience doing site visits and documenting properties\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $6,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.\n\nThis position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.\n\nThe talent will work remotely allocated at our client.\n\nHere are the steps for this process:\nApplication review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.\nOnce you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
