An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.\nAre you the one we are looking for?\nResponsibilities:\nOwn analysis for assigned mobile apps: activation, feature adoption, onboarding drop-off, engagement, and retention\n\nTurn product questions into well-scoped analyses and clear recommendations\n\nBuild funnel, cohort, and retention analyses on large event datasets in BigQuery\n\nPartner with product managers and engineers on event tracking plans and instrumentation QA\n\nRun A/B tests from analysis through readout\n\nDevelop and maintain SQL and dbt models that power reporting and analysis\n\nUse AI tools daily to write and review queries, automate recurring reports, and speed up insight generation\n\nBuild dashboards and self-serve reports to support product owners\n\nCatch anomalies and data integrity gaps, then fix or escalate them\n\nPresent findings to non-technical audiences in clear, concise narratives\n\nProactively surface trends and opportunities\n\nCollaborate with product, marketing, and engineering in a remote, async-friendly environment\n\nRequirements:\n2+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related role\n\nStrong SQL skills: CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and query optimization on large datasets\n\nHands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform\n\nWorking familiarity with dbt and modern data modeling practices\n\nSolid analysis skills: funnels, cohorts, retention, and event data\n\nExperience with A/B testing: hypotheses, sample size, statistical significance, and interpreting results\n\nProgramming ability, ideally in Python, for analysis and automation beyond SQL\n\nDaily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow\n\nExperience with a BI or visualization tool (Datastudio, QuickSight, or similar)\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities\n\nFluent English and at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours\n\nIt's a plus:\nExperience at a mobile app company\n\nExperience with ad-monetized or subscription consumer apps\n\nExperience with AI-powered BI tools or agent-driven reporting workflows\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.\n\nThis position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.\n\nThe talent will work remotely allocated at our client.\n\nHere are the steps for this process:\nApplication review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.\nOnce you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
