An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.\nAre you the one we are looking for?\nResponsibilities:\nParticipates in post-Incident reviews of all Major Incidents and assists in determining action items to avoid similar issues/minimize downtime.\n\nProvides reliable deployment and maintenance of distributed systems adhering to security best practices.\n\nAssists in managing the Bank's Cloud Infrastructure Services, including software deployment, system setup, administration, monitoring, incident resolution, and disaster recovery.\n\nEnsures and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, including identifying automation opportunities.\n\nSupports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity with multiple concurrent users.\n\nProduces and maintains documentation to support developed/deployed solutions.\n\nDesigns and maintains production monitoring tools and troubleshoots performance and stability issues.\n\nCreates and maintains automated monitoring and reporting solutions for cloud infrastructure health, performance, and cost optimization.\n\nMonitors cloud infrastructure to identify areas of improvement, reliability, and cost savings.\n\nDevelops and updates SOPs and Knowledge Articles for new feature launches or significant changes.\n\nPerforms configuration management, review, and governance of cloud resources, including IAM.\n\nActively troubleshoots issues during testing and production, resolving problems before deployment.\n\nParticipates in disaster recovery planning and testing.\n\nPerforms back-up and recovery of cloud-hosted systems.\n\nProvides troubleshooting and Level 2 production support services.\n\nParticipates in routine on-call rotations.\n\nEnsures and facilitates knowledge sharing within the department.\n\nMaintains current knowledge of cloud trends and developments.\n\nContributes to the development of cloud standards, best practices, and organizational cloud capabilities.\n\nResearches and drives adoption of cloud-native technologies.\n\nAdheres to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including anti-money laundering laws.\n\nCompletes required training and identifies/report suspicious activity.\n\nRequirements:\nCollege degree or equivalent management/work experience (At least 2 years), including practical experience in Information Technology and IT Security.\n\nExperience with cloud-based enterprise infrastructure architecture and/or operations.\n\n3+ years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions.\n\n3+ years of experience designing applications (e.g., web, client/server, COM+, etc.).\n\nExperience supporting automation teams using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.\n\n3+ years of infrastructure experience, including monitoring, DNS, DHCP, Backups, and Disaster Recovery.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud technology and the Five Pillars of the Well-Architected Framework.\n\nUnderstanding of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks.\n\nUnderstanding of information security/governance controls.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and within a platform product team.\n\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented.\n\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\n\nIt's a plus:\nMicrosoft or AWS-related industry certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect -- Associate).\n\nTerraform Associate Certification.\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.\n\nThis position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.\n\nThe talent will work remotely allocated at our client.\n\nHere are the steps for this process:\nApplication review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.\nOnce you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
