An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.\nAre you the one we are looking for?\nResponsibilities:\nExtending a customized Launcher in a large modular monorepo\n\nBuilding Compose UI for the home screen, widgets and new features\n\nFinding and fixing ANRs, crashes, slow starts and memory issues from the evidence (Perfetto, Crashlytics, Play vitals)\n\nShipping features behind Remote Config and A/B tests, then acting on the results\n\nContributing and maintaining the shared core library used by several apps\n\nOwning an app or module over time: its bugs, architecture and design\n\nRequirements:\n3+ years of professional Android development experience\n\nSolid Android fundamentals: lifecycles, coroutines, memory usage, process death, permission handling, Koin (or similar DI)\n\nSound app architecture: MVVM with a single source of truth for state, lifecycle-aware data flow, and fixing root causes rather than layering on workarounds\n\nProduction Jetpack Compose experience: attention to state and recomposition for performance tuning\n\nEffective communicator; we work with a team across time zones and release frequently\n\nWork with AI coding tools effectively\n\nIt's a plus:\nLauncher or system-level Android work\n\nShipped a production Android app to real users and maintained it through later releases\n\nFirebase (Remote Config, Crashlytics, Analytics)\n\nIntegrating ad SDKs or mediation providers\n\nFlutter or other cross-platform experience\n\nCompensation:\nThe salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.\n\nThis position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.\n\nThe talent will work remotely allocated at our client.\n\nHere are the steps for this process:\nApplication review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.\nOnce you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
