This is not a support role - you'll be in the room where decisions happen, own real projects, and move fast across GTM and operations. You'll get a front-row seat to enterprise sales and early-stage hiring, learning the fundamentals of both from day one. If you want to learn what it takes to build a company from the inside, this is it.\nWe’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.\nWhat you’ll do\nWork side-by-side with the CEO on daily business - from sales processes and deal support to marketing messaging and hiring.\n\nDrive GTM initiatives: help prepare and follow sales conversations, sharpen our messaging, and support outreach to enterprise customers.\n\nOwn recruiting operations: help identify, approach, and coordinate top talent as we scale the team.\n\nBuild and improve internal processes and structures that keep a fast-moving company from breaking.\n\nContext-switch constantly - no two weeks look the same.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nCurrently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field - strong academic track record.\n\nExceptionally smart and structured thinker who can get up to speed on anything fast.\n\nHigh agency - you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out and execute.\n\nGenuinely ambitious: you care about what you're building and want to grow into more responsibility over time.\n\nClear communicator, comfortable working directly with founders in a high-speed environment.\n\nGrit - things will be unclear, fast, and sometimes messy.
