This is not a support role - you'll be in the room where decisions happen, own real projects, and move fast across GTM, operations, and hiring. You'll drive enterprise sales processes, build the operational backbone of a scaling company, and help us hire the team that takes Finto to the next level.\nIf you want to learn what it really takes to build a company - and grow into a leadership role fast - this is it.\nWe're headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.\nWhat you'll do\nAccompany our GTM motion: Work with the CEO on deals, build pipeline, and implement the basics of our first marketing - from outreach to messaging to follow-ups.\n\nRun recruiting operations: Identify and approach top talent, run sourcing and screenings, and accompany the onboarding of new team members.\n\nBuild our internal ops: Design and improve internal structures and processes, ensuring we're running in sync as the team grows.\n\nWork side-by-side with the CEO on daily business - removing blockers along the way, acting as a sparring partner on decisions big and small.\n\nContext-switch constantly - no two weeks look the same. One day you're prepping a customer pitch, the next you're closing a hire.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n1-3 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, high-growth startups, or a similarly demanding environment.\n\nDegree from a top business school or university - strong academic track record in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.\n\nExceptionally smart and structured thinker who can get up to speed on anything fast.\n\nHigh agency - you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out and execute.\n\nStrong communicator in German and English, comfortable working directly with founders in a high-speed environment.\n\nGenuinely ambitious: you care about what you're building and want to grow into more responsibility over time.\n\nGrit - things will be unclear, fast, and sometimes messy.
