With a multicultural and multilingual team, Mauritius plays an important role in goFLUENT’s global strategy.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Business Integration Consultant to join our Integration team and help some of the world’s largest companies connect their learning and talent systems with goFLUENT’s solutions.\nIn this role, you will manage integration projects from start to finish: understanding client needs, defining the solution, coordinating implementation, testing, and supporting deployment.\nYou will work closely with clients, project managers, Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams, making sure integrations run smoothly and deliver the expected experience.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys project management, solving problems, working with different stakeholders, and learning about technology without necessarily being a developer.\nWhat you’ll do\nUnderstand clients’ business and technical requirements and translate them into clear integration solutions.\n\nAdvise and challenge clients on the best approach to integrate goFLUENT solutions with their LMS, ATS, or other platforms.\n\nAct as the bridge between clients, Customer Success teams, project stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the requirements and solution.\n\nSupport Sales and Customer Success teams during the solution design phase of client projects.\n\nLead international integration projects from requirements gathering and solution definition through testing and deployment.\n\nCoordinate with internal and external project managers, technical teams, and technology partners to ensure smooth project implementation.\n\nSupport clients and internal teams in understanding and resolving integration-related issues, involving technical experts when deeper technical support is required.\n\nEnsure clear communication and follow-up throughout the project, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress, requirements, and next steps.\n\nShare knowledge and coordinate information internally, helping other teams better understand integration topics and best practices.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nA least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar coordination role.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nA structured, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nConfidence working with different stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.\n\nFluency in English.\n\n⭐ Nice to have\nExperience administering or integrating LMS or LXP platforms.\n\nKnowledge of technologies such as SAML or OAuth.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs and technical documentation.\n\nBasic knowledge of coding or technical concepts.\n\nFrench or German language skills.\n\nWhat we offer\nOur culture is unlike anywhere else.
