At goFLUENT, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our German-speaking market and help our clients get the most out of our language learning solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted partner to your clients throughout their journey. Combining client relationship management, project management, and data analysis, you will help them maximize the impact of their training programs while driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
Build trusted relationships
Develop long-term partnerships with your clients, understand their challenges, and support them in achieving their learning objectives.
Ensure a successful onboarding
Guide new clients through the implementation of their programs and ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
Monitor program performance
Analyze usage data, prepare business reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored recommendations to your clients.
Grow existing accounts
Identify opportunities for account development, including upselling and cross-selling, and contribute to the growth of your client portfolio.
Improve the client experience
Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our products and services.

What You’ll Bring
Bilingual / native-level German, both written and spoken, as you will be supporting the German-speaking market.
Strong professional English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams.
A genuine passion for client relationships and Customer Success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong team spirit and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS is a plus.
