You'll facilitate live training sessions, provide targeted coaching, and work closely with Trainer Managers to support trainer performance, quality, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Onboard and train new language trainers\nFacilitate live onboarding and training sessions for newly hired trainers.\n\nGuide trainers through teaching practices, assessment, tools, processes, and quality expectations.\n\n2. Coach and develop trainers\nConduct individual and group coaching sessions to strengthen trainers' teaching effectiveness and overall performance.\n\nProvide actionable feedback and support trainers in applying it to their training practice.\n\n3. Support trainer performance and quality\nProvide targeted coaching based on KPI results, performance needs, and recommendations from Trainer Managers.\n\nMonitor progress and provide follow-up to support quality and performance expectations.\n\n4.
